Which platform are your recipients on? I can see that the encoding is
base64, which should be readable by both Macs and Windows PCs, but just to
be sure, can you go to Entourage>Preferences, Compose, and switch to
AppleDouble encoding (Attachments section) to find out if your recipients
can now see the attachments properly?
